square in 7 minutes. Bus-stop is at 50 meters and taking the bus number 14 You can go
to the station in 10 minutes. Near via dell'Agnolo there are the characteristic market
of Sant'Ambrogio, the open air market of Ciompi Square, 2 play closed gardens for children,
garage and parking.
The apartment, at the ground floor, has walls with stone parts, wooden beam ceiling,
like typical architectural Fiorentine style. There are 1 bedroom (2 single beds or one
double bed), living room (with 1 divan bed with 2 places), cradle, 2 courts, in 1 there
is a garden swing. Kitchen corner with 2 hot plates, microwave oven and electric oven,
frigo; bathroom with shower, hairdryer, electric towel; satellite TV (with 2 satellites)
and stereo; washing machine; conditioned air(cold and warm); heating; external washing
tank; steam iron and board; security door; cutlery, plates, glasses, saucepans, toaster
and percolator. All systems are in law.
How To Arrive
Private cars are not allowed into the city center; You can leave Your car at Murate
park at 7 minutes from the house or at Ghiberti park at 3 minutes. Bus-stop, for who
comes from Station of Santa Maria Novella, is at 50 meters.

by cash.

For any controversy is competent the hale of Montevarchi. Cancellations made in less
than the 30 day period will not qualify for the return of the deposit. Before than 30
days of the reservation the total amount will begiven back by Bank transfer after having
detracted the different charges and the bank commissions.
